Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a hybrid early professional Financial Analyst to support ESSM contracts, with a focus on EAC, EVMS, and budget forecasting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and U.S. citizenship for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related, with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, review, and submit EAC (Estimate at Complete).
• Manage cost/schedule progress vs budgets and forecasts monthly.
• Support annual proposals and contract baselines (Gate 4’s/5’s).
• Aid in Long Range Plan development.
• Implement and maintain EVMS with variance analysis and data review.
• Interact with program managers and functional leaders across the organization.
