Pratt & Whitney in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Hybrid Financial Analyst to support the ESSM program's cost, EAC coordination, and EVMS activities. The role involves collaboration with program managers and finance teams, with on-site work 1–2 days per week.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration and at least 2 years of relevant experience, plus the ability to obtain a US security clearance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to obtain US security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate EAC (Estimate at Complete) processes and submissions.
• Manage cost/schedule progress against budgets, forecasts, and bookings/sales/profit/cash.
• Support annual proposals (Gate 4) and contract baselines (Gate 5).
• Assist in Long Range Plan development (LRP).
• Support EVMS implementation, variance analysis, data reviews and reporting.
