Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to analyze large datasets.
• Experience with forecast vs. actual variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support monthly financial reports.
• Perform variance analysis vs budget and forecast and share data with management.
• Analyze customer and product sales trends and run rate projections.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets.
• Create and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools.
• Partner with sales, operations, supply chain, and accounting to gather financial information.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and financial workflows.
• Ad-hoc reports as needed.
