Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for Global Marketing FP&A in San Mateo. You will manage planning, forecasting and performance reporting for the worldwide marketing organization, focusing on games marketing and PlayStation Studios titles.

Based in San Mateo with hybrid in-office 2 days a week, you’ll collaborate with regional teams to explain spend trends, support Anaplan adoption, and deliver reliable financial insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FP&A with independent workstreams.
• Ability to build and present management commentary.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage monthly reporting for games marketing spend, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Prepare quarterly forecast and annual budget, reviewing assumptions with stakeholders.
• Consolidate financial data across regions and titles, ensuring data quality.
• Track campaign commitments, accruals, actuals, and forecast spend with marketing teams.
• Build and maintain financial models and planning tools, including AI-assisted analyses.
• Prepare reporting packs for finance and marketing stakeholders and explain trends.
• Support Anaplan adoption with training, data validation and model improvements.
