Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate Attorney in Dallas, TX is sought by a leading AmLaw 100 international law firm. The role offers hybrid work with three days in the office, handling high-stakes financial disputes in a sophisticated team.

You will engage in complex litigation from discovery through trial, draft motions, manage deadlines, and collaborate across offices to deliver strategic outcomes for clients.

Qualificações

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a large firm preferred.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
• Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation, including drafting and discovery.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning and implementation.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive filings.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy.
• Provide clients with timely, practical, and strategic advice on litigation and risk management.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented culture focused on excellence and innovation.
