A leading AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Finance & Restructuring Practice in Dallas. This role offers exposure to high-stakes financial disputes, including corporate debt restructurings and related litigation, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, Texas Bar in good standing, and 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a premier firm; strong drafting, discovery and trial

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or similarly sophisticated law firm.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring‑related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre‑suit investigation through trial and post‑trial proceedings
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning and implementation
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive court filings
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and memoranda
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and trial proceedings
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy
• Provide clients with timely, practical, and strategic advice on litigation and risk management
• Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented culture focused on excellence and innovation
