Your Talent Team is assisting a premier AmLaw 100 firm in Dallas, Texas, in hiring a Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate Attorney. The role blends high-stakes financial disputes with a collaborative, national team and a hybrid in-office schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school, Texas bar, and 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a top firm, with strengths in writing, analysis, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record
• Active Texas Bar Admission in good standing
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated firm
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation
• Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation, including drafting documents, discovery, depositions, trial prep, and motions

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and post-trial proceedings
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning and implementation
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other court filings
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and memoranda
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and trial proceedings
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy
• Provide clients with timely, practical, and strategic litigation advice
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture with excellence and innovation
