AmLaw 100 international law firm in Dallas seeks a mid-level Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate to join a sophisticated practice. You will handle high-stakes disputes involving financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation with a national-integrated team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a major firm, is admitted to the Texas Bar, and demonstrates excellent legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or similarly sophisticated firm.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
• Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation, including drafting legal documents, discovery, depositions, trial, and motions practice.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning and implementation.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive court filings.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy.
• Provide clients with timely, practical, and strategic advice on litigation and risk management.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and innovation.
