Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst to maximize the value of finance technology, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and IT to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and reporting.

You will own the product roadmap, backlog, and release planning while collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and support partners to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of software development and technical concepts, with experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑focused approach to product development.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with Finance & Accounting leaders and serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and vendor partners.
• Intake, assess, and prioritize business requests; manage the product backlog, roadmap, and release plans.
• Partner with engineering teams and vendors to estimate, sequence, and deliver enhancements using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Gather, document, and refine requirements, including process flows, gap analyses, and solution designs.
• Lead testing activities, including test planning, execution, validation, and UAT support.
