You will own the roadmap, backlog, and release planning while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and IT to deliver high-value solutions. The role requires 3–5 years in a Product Owner or similar role, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with vendors and engineering teams in a hybrid setting from

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of software development in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills carrying business-IT bridge.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with Finance & Accounting leaders and act as liaison between business, IT, and vendors.
• Manage the product backlog, roadmap, and release plans to deliver business value.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to estimate, sequence, and deliver enhancements using Agile/Scrum.
• Gather and refine requirements, including process flows, gap analyses, and solution designs.
• Lead testing activities and support user acceptance to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Drive continuous improvement via process optimization and tech adoption.
• Identify risks and dependencies to support stable delivery and SOX controls.
