Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst 2 to support planning, forecasting, and financial analysis for the business.

This role partners with Finance and Business partners to develop plans, weekly forecasts, and meaningful benchmarks while delivering ad hoc reporting for strategic initiatives. The position reports to the Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ with a hybrid schedule (in the office Tuesday–Thursday) and requires strong attention to detail and proactive communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance related field required, MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, modeling, forecasting systems.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis.
• Strong communication and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Grocery or Retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute long-range financial planning, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
• Refresh and understand financial models to support planning and leadership decisions.
• Support P&L forecast processes and highlight key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports on key metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes and implement strategic initiatives.
