Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Senior Manager of IT Product Management to own the backlog, shape the strategy, and lead a team of product owners and analysts responsible for store technology platforms.

Based in Phoenix with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tue–Thu), you will partner with the Store Support Office to deliver cross-functional roadmaps and technology-driven business value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in IT product management with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Retail Merchandising Systems with emphasis on MDM/PIM, merchandising, product data, inventory, pricing, promotions, and assortment.
• Proven ability to own and drive roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience leading enterprise platform implementations and integrations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and third-party technology providers.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall solution design to meet long-term portfolio needs and cross-functional strategies.
• Own priority setting with insights on value, scope, cost, and resources.
• Manage strategic projects from discovery through implementation across platforms.
• Grow and lead a team of subject matter experts for tooling administration.
• Coordinate agile ceremonies and lead scrum of scrums across product and platform spaces.
• Represent customer needs and build 12-month roadmaps aligned to business value.
