Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Senior Manager of IT Product Management to own the backlog, shape the roadmap, and provide deep expertise on product configuration, deployment, and optimization. You will grow a team of subject matter experts and partner with IT, Eng, and Analytics to align technology with business value.

The role reports to the Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
5-10 years of experience in IT product management with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience with Retail Merchandising Systems focusing on MDMPIM, Merchandising, Product Data, Inventory, Pricing, Promotions, and Assortment.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience leading discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to product/PM.
Experience leading enterprise platform implementations and integrations.
Experience with SaaS platforms and third-party technology providers.
Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and enterprise integration concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead overall solution design to meet long-term portfolio needs and cross-functional strategies.
Provide insights on how technology contributes to business strategy.
Assist leadership in prioritizing work based on value, scope, cost, and resources.
Manage strategic projects from discovery through planning and implementation.
Own project budget and key line items within cost centers.
Grow a team of SMEs to deliver new capabilities and administer tooling.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and automate for efficiency.
Represent customer needs when shaping technology roadmaps.
Coordinate agile ceremonies and coordinate scrum of scrums across product/platform spaces.
Ensure SOX controls are maintained as needed.
