Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Product Manager to own the backlog, drive the roadmap, and lead a team of product owners and analysts. You will provide deep expertise on configuration, deployment, and optimization of products and tools, and partner across IT, business, and vendor teams.

You will report to Store Support Office in Phoenix with a hybrid schedule in-office Tue–Thu. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to align technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT product management with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Retail Merchandising Systems with an emphasis in Master Data Management/Product Information Management (MDM/PIM).
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and third-party technology providers.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the backlog to realize roadmap commitments and drive product strategy across platforms.
• Grow and lead a team of product owners/analysts as subject matter experts on tooling and capabilities.
• Coordinate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with business value and customer outcomes.
• Represent customer needs to build capabilities that maximize business value and roadmap priorities.
