e.biT Consulting seeks a Platform Operations & Automation Analyst Consultant to lead business-facing support for Finance Product Area applications, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers and AI agents to automate recurring work. The role focuses on data quality, self-service AI skills, and scalable workflows to reduce manual effort and improve product delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years as a BA for custom development or vendor implementations.
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to automate work.
Strong SQL and data analysis across multiple systems.
Experience with Agile methodologies and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first contact for business-facing support across Finance Product Area applications.
Identify patterns in recurring support requests and quantify their cost.
Build and improve AI skills and agents with human review before data-changing actions.
Coordinate cross-team data remediation and validate changes with owning teams.
Monitor data flows and hand off true production issues as Jira stories.
Support UAT and regression testing using AI to accelerate planning and execution.
