Privy seeks a Finance Operational Excellence specialist to lead AI-enabled automation across Finance. You will partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to transform workflows, building agents and data solutions that endure beyond initial builds.

You’ll coach teams, develop SOPs, and implement scalable solutions with a strong emphasis on data integrity and user adoption in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in data analytics or related field with automation focus.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled tools or workflows in a finance context.
• Strong SQL with complex queries and data pipeline experience.
• Ability to scope and deliver technical solutions end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with Finance teams to diagnose workflows and identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Design, build, and operationalize AI agents and data pipelines for Finance use cases.
• Write and optimize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Develop reusable knowledge layers and validation patterns to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineering to scope, test, and integrate tools and interfaces.
• Train Finance teams and create SOPs, runbooks, and self-service tooling.
• Establish monitoring, observability, and incident response for deployed agents.
• Measure adoption and impact; share lessons and build playbooks for broader portfolio.
