• Identify recurring ticket trends, assess impact, determine root causes, and guide development priorities with product managers.
• Create, enhance, and monitor AI-driven workflows and assistants to investigate incidents, draft remediation actions, and answer routine inquiries under human oversight.
• Oversee internal documentation, runbooks, and information repositories to empower end-user self-service.
• Lead cross-functional data-cleansing efforts like entity deduplication and secure sign-off from platform owners.
• Track data movement across connected apps and prepare detailed Jira tickets for confirmed defects.
• Assist with user acceptance and regression test cycles, applying machine intelligence to streamline testing procedures.

About the Opportunity

A leading alternative investment firm is seeking an operations and automation analyst consultant to support its finance technology division. Moving beyond traditional production maintenance, this role focuses on systematically eliminating repetitive manual effort by teaming with engineering staff, product leads, and artificial intelligence tools. Operating under a hybrid model, the position requires in-office attendance every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for end users in treasury, accounting, and investment operations seeking assistance with finance software.
• Detect trends across recurring tickets, estimate their operational impact, determine root causes, and partner with product managers to guide development priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate of $77-90/hour, which may vary depending on relevant background, skills, and qualifications.
