Job summary

GCM Grosvenor is seeking a Platform Operations & Automation Analyst consultant to own the front line of business-facing support for finance apps and to automate recurring work using AI, prompts, and automated workflows. The role focuses on master data, data feeds, and integration issues across fund administration, CRM, and reporting systems.

The position is onsite/hybrid with in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BA experience for custom development or vendor implementations.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to automate work, building prompts, skills, agents or workflows.
• Experience in application or production support with a track record of eliminating recurring issues.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills across multiple systems and databases.
• Familiarity with investment analytics or asset management platforms is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments with effective communication.
• Adaptable, dependable, and focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for business-facing support across Finance Product Area apps.
• Identify recurring patterns, quantify costs, and influence prioritization with Product Managers.
• Build and maintain AI skills and agents; curate knowledge base for self-service.
• Coordinate cross-team data remediation and validate changes with owning teams.
• Monitor data flows and hand off production issues as Jira stories.
• Support UAT and regression testing, leveraging AI to accelerate planning.
