Job summary

Raytheon, based in the United States, seeks a seasoned Finance Lead for OSQ PF&M within the LADS SBUs. You will partner with program offices to drive financial execution across multiple programs, guiding a mid-to-senior team and aligning with policy and forecasting deadlines.

The role emphasizes EAC development, cost-control analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with PMOs, MPMs, POMs, and factories to deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management concepts and processes.
• Experience with program costs and schedules.
• Leadership experience on high-visibility projects and programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP or Business Warehouse desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral team member, coordinating with OSQ PF&M leadership and PMO Finance.
• Lead a team of 10–12 OSQ Finance professionals on operational, financial, and program metrics.
• Develop Quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) covering PF&M scope.
• Drive detailed analytics, policy adherence, and risk/opportunity assessments with program staff.
• Develop Operations Labor forecasts to support Monthly Forecasts and planning.
• Ensure alignment of assumptions across Program Office, FP&A, OSQ, and Factory.
• Produce analyses to support OSQ KPIs and monthly reviews.
