Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking an Operations/Supply Chain Finance Manager for LTAMDS, hybrid work in a US program. You will oversee cost control, EACs, and forecasts, guiding junior analysts and ensuring alignment with policy and schedules. This role provides cross-SSBU exposure within LTAMDS and its development portfolio.

You will analyze data, prepare financial plans, and maintain WBS structures, collaborating across finance, estimates, and program teams to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Experience in program controls and Earned Value Management Systems.
• Experience with SAP, APEX, AO or similar financial systems.
• Experience with SAP, PRISM, Business Warehouse and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple junior analysts in process improvement, reporting and quality.
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple conflicting priorities.
• Use analytics to understand data and inform LTAMDS program decisions.
• Analyze EACs, costs and opportunities at the program level.
• Develop and maintain WBS in budget tools like APEX/SAP.
• Prepare monthly Earned Value reporting and IMS updates.
