Job summary

Raytheon seeks an Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSCQ) Finance Lead for PATRIOT within the LADS SBU. You'll partner with functional leads and the program office, leading 20–25 OSCQ Finance professionals to deliver financial execution and performance analytics.

The role supports Eastern time zone teams in a hybrid capacity, requiring proactive leadership and strong collaboration across PMOs, MPMs, and factory operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or 7+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with EACs or similar systems and tools.
• Experience with program costs & schedules and earned value management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20–25 OSCQ Finance professionals and drive program metrics.
• Own quarterly EACs and robust variance analysis with PMOs & MPMs.
• Support Monthly Forecast, AOP and Long Range Plan with strategic input.
• Develop analyses to support KPIs and monthly performance reviews.
