Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an Operations and/or Supply Chain Finance Manager for LTAMDS to provide accurate management analysis and financial guidance. Your work will support cost/schedule baselines and maximize shareholder value through insightful reports and strategic recommendations.

You will guide junior analysts, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to program cost control, proposals, budgeting, and EAC development across LTAMDS development programs.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent experience with substantial relevant work.
• An advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in program controls and Earned Value Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple junior analysts in process improvement and reporting accuracy.
• Meet critical deadlines while managing competing priorities.
• Use strong analytics to support informed business decisions.
• Demonstrate financial acumen within LTAMDS Radar Development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Raytheon Financial Policies in daily communications.
• Support Estimate at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis for costs/risks.
• Perform detailed financial analyses of total program and cost elements.
• Prepare program forecasts and explain variances to plans.
• Assist in cost estimates for new proposals and basis of estimates.
• Develop and maintain WBS in APEX/SAP budget processes.
• Lead monthly Earned Value reporting including LREs and BCRs.
