Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an OSCQ Finance Lead for PATRIOT within the Land & Air Defense Systems business. Hybrid role supporting teams across Eastern time zones, leading financial execution and program performance efforts.

You will partner with functional leads, PMO, and program offices to ensure timely and accurate analytics, forecasting, and risk assessment. Strong EV&M and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with EACs or similar earned value systems and tools.
• Experience with program costs and schedules.
• Leadership on high-visibility projects.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Earned Value Management principles.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral team member supporting OSCQ PATRIOT SSBU Director and PMO Finance PATRIOT Director.
• Lead a team of 20–25 OSCQ Finance professionals.
• Guide quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) including OSCQ scope and variance analysis.
• Support labor forecast strategy for Monthly Forecast, AOP, and LRP.
• Develop analyses for OSQ KPIs and monthly reviews.
• Review CER Metrics and impact on PATRIOT SSBU.
