Job summary

RTX seeks an Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSCQ) Finance Lead for PATRIOT within LADS. You will partner with program offices and functional leads, leading a team to deliver financial performance, forecasting, and risk assessment across Patriot programs.

The role combines strategy with hands-on analytics in a hybrid setting, supporting teams in Eastern time zones and driving adherence to cost and schedule targets. Applicants require extensive experience in finance for defense programs.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent; 10+ years relevant experience.
Advanced degree in a related field; 7+ years experience.
Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs) or similar systems/tools.
Experience with program costs and schedules.
Leadership experience on high-visibility projects/programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and EVMS practices.

Responsibilities

Lead OSCQ Finance team of 20–25 professionals across OSCQ operations, analytics, and program performance.
Develop Quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) for OSCQ scope.
Drive detailed analytics, policy adherence, variance analysis, and risk opportunities with PMOs, MPMs, and factory partners.
Support labor forecasting for Monthly Forecasts, AOP, and LRPs.
Create analyses for OSQ KPIs and monthly reviews (PER/MBR/SOP/SOE).
Review quarterly CER metrics and impact on PATRIOT SSBU.
