The American Arbitration Association is seeking a Finance Administrator to support arbitration and mediation case finance operations. The role includes computing and recording financial data, reconciling discrepancies, and reviewing panelist invoices. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and requires residing within 125 miles of the assigned U.S.

office. You will provide financial expertise to operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support overall divisional finance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED in finance-related discipline and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting or accounts payable is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes internal reporting to ensure case finance operations comply with policies.
• Computes, classifies, and records data to maintain financial records.
• Checks figures and postings for accuracy and codes; informs case managers of transactions.
• Reviews and processes panelist invoices with correct allocations.
• Reconciles discrepancies and implements quality control measures.
• Provides financial expertise for active and closed cases.
• Performs general office duties and supports staff with case management.
