The ideal candidate has a business-focused degree and 4–6 years in customer service leadership within a legal or judicial environment, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PRISM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline and 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in comprehensive customer service management in a law office or judicial industry or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with parties, party representatives, arbitrators, and mediators on assigned cases.
• Manage arbitration and mediation cases and ensure information is entered in PRISM.
• Supervise case administrators and handle hiring, training, and performance management.
• Conduct administrative conference calls and support preliminary hearing conferences and AAA brand.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure information security and data privacy policies.
