Qualifications

• Two+ years scheduling experience in a service-based industry.
• Strong customer service skills with clear professional communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience reviewing/managing cases in CRM or service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service for an assigned territory.
• Coordinate and schedule professional service technician resources to meet requirements.
• Process, maintain, and schedule preventive maintenance and warranty orders.
• Process invoices for preventive maintenance activities and service calls.
• Review and manage cases in Salesforce.com ensuring follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure closure of service agreement folders and related Oracle sales orders.
• Report job status and scheduling updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for field service technicians.
