Job summary

Actalent in Waterford, WI is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to provide comprehensive customer service and scheduling support for a defined territory. The role ensures technicians are deployed efficiently, manages preventive maintenance and warranty orders, and handles related invoices and documentation.

You will coordinate cases in Salesforce.com and Oracle, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of scheduling experience in a service-based industry.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple preventive maintenance, warranty, and service orders with attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing and managing cases in CRM or service management systems.
• Ability to coordinate technician schedules and travel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service for an assigned territory.
• Coordinate and schedule professional service technician resources to meet requirements.
• Process, maintain, manage, and schedule preventive maintenance and warranty orders.
• Process invoices for maintenance activities and service calls.
• Review, prioritize, and manage cases in Salesforce.com.
• Ensure closure of preventive service agreement folders and Oracle sales orders.
• Report job status and scheduling updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for field service technicians.
