Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Pro to drive full‑cycle sales in the Shreveport territory. In a hybrid role, you’ll nurture relationships with coaches and administrators, present solutions, and grow revenue across local schools and community organizations.

You’ll travel 2–5 days per week, evenings and weekends may be required, and you will rely on your CRM and data insights to identify opportunities.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Qualify leads and drive opportunities via cold-calling.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and tracking.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel within territory to manage accounts.
