Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY in Central Mississippi is seeking a Field Sales Pro to drive full-cycle territory sales with local coaches and administrators in a hybrid work setup. You will manage relationships across schools, events, and communities, and travel 2-5+ days per week to maximize sales opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sports/gear preferred), strong CRM and MS Office skills, and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid license, insurance and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and lead campaigns.
• Handle rejection with resilience and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
