Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program. The internship runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, providing hands-on experience in field sales, retail execution, and business development within a national territory.

You will work alongside sales leaders, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that support territory growth. Interns will spend time in the field, participate in ride-alongs, and present findings to business

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are expected.
• Comfortable using data to generate insights and support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in field exposure alongside Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research and assist with activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Present project findings and recommendations to leaders at internship conclusion.
