Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program designed to give hands-on exposure to field sales, commercial operations, and territory growth.

You will work alongside experienced sales leaders to translate strategic plans into marketplace results and build retailer relationships across the assigned territory. Interns spend time in the field analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering concrete

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate insights.
• Willingness to travel locally within territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
