Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on field sales exposure, work with experienced leaders, and contribute to territory growth while developing business insights and professional skills.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with hybrid work options and opportunities to present findings to leadership at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Graduation expected between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Observe retail execution during ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers.
• Analyze sales, market and territory data to identify opportunities.
• Support territory reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present findings to business leaders at internship end.
