Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. invites rising students to join the Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027.

This 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, delivering hands-on experience and exposure to field sales and commercial operations. You will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze data, and contribute to projects that strengthen retailer relationships and drive territory growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory and legal work eligibility in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
