Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales for Summer 2027. You will work in the Commercial organization to support territory growth, analyze market trends, and collaborate with sales leaders to translate plans into results.

The internship offers 10 weeks of hands-on experience, exposure to field sales, and professional development opportunities. You will travel locally within the territory and present findings to leaders at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
