Snap Install, Inc. is seeking a Field Resources Development Associate to join our Field Resources team. You will handle admin tasks, recruit subcontractors, onboard, manage performance, and report on our contractor network in alignment with Company standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 1+ years of similar experience, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Hybrid work in Minneapolis area with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years similar experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and G-Suite.

Aufgaben

• Handle field resources admin: recruiting, onboarding, performance, and reporting.
• Lead recruiting efforts: lead generation, documentation, onboarding in platforms.
• Participate in subcontractor reviews and training; escalate concerns.
• Promote recognition by sharing performance feedback with the network.
• Maintain subcontractor records per policy.
• Evaluate capacity, scorecards, and forecasts; identify improvements.
• Build strong internal/external relationships through clear communication.
• Provide guidance on processes; escalate to Supervisor when needed.
• Document policies and procedures; participate in projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
