Mid-State Industrial Maintenance is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition and workforce development. You will develop proactive recruiting strategies, partnerships with education institutions, and build pipelines for skilled trades to support outages and growth.

This hybrid role, remote with travel to corporate HQ and field sites, oversees a 30–40 requisition workload, supervises two HR Assistants, and partners with Operations, HR, and Workforce Planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition in heavy industrial maintenance.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions across multiple locations.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for 30–40 active requisitions across units, locations, and skill levels.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, educational institutions, and outreach.
• Develop skilled-trades pipelines and partnerships with schools and industry bodies.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with HR Assistants and managers.
• Oversee I-9 and E-Verify compliance and onboarding processes.
• Lead AI-powered recruiting tools evaluation and adoption.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and KPIs to improve efficiency.
• Travel to Mid-State locations and events to support recruitment.
