Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 8+ years in electro-mechanical product development.
• 5+ years in a quality/reliability engineering role.
• 5+ years of data analysis and dashboard creation with Python/SQL/JMP/Tableau.
• Strong quality methodologies and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion field quality initiatives across multiple teams to improve product reliability.
• Analyze fleet data to identify quality trends and systemic risks.
• Lead cross-functional root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions.
• Develop scalable field quality processes and automation for fault triage.
• Define validation methods and feedback loops to improve designs and playbooks.
• Collaborate to ensure systemic improvements across the product lifecycle.
