Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Field Support Administrator to plan, coordinate, and support OSP fiber deployment projects across hybrid Phoenix or Las Vegas locations.

You will work cross-functionally with Field Operations, Engineering, and contractors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with USDA RUS standards and company requirements. Travel 30-40% and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction or project coordination.
• Experience with fiber network deployments (FTTx, GPON) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Field Operations and contractors to support planning and restoration efforts.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation through invoicing and completion.
• Ensure activities align with timelines, scope, and standards.
• Inspect work progress for quality and safety compliance.
• Review prints and installation procedures with Engineering.
• Provide timely project status updates and issue resolution.
