Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Field Support Administrator to plan, coordinate, and support construction of OSP fiber infrastructure, including FTTx and GPON. The role collaborates with Field Operations, Engineering, contractors, and project managers to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The hybrid role is based in Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV, with 30–40% travel. Candidates should have a related degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years in OSP/ISP construction or project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Telecommunications or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in OSP/ISP construction or project coordination.
• Experience with fiber network deployments (FTTx, GPON) preferred.
• Knowledge of underground, buried, and aerial fiber construction and engineering prints.
• Ability to travel 30–40% with valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations and contractors to plan, execute, and restore OSP fiber work.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to invoicing and completion.
• Ensure activities align with timelines, scope, and safety standards.
• Inspect site work and verify quality with internal teams and contractors.
• Review engineering prints and installation procedures for accuracy.
• Provide field feedback to improve design and constructability.
• Track project costs and report risks and issues.
