Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager in the Franklin, TN area. This full-time, hybrid role requires regular local travel for in-person patient appointments and collaboration with treating physicians, employers, and customers to create effective treatment plans.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of clinical practice, an active RN license, and URAC case management certification or equivalent. Benefits include a comprehensive package and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC case management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement treatment plans for injured workers.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to ensure cost-effective care.
• Travel to attend in-person appointments within assigned geography.
