Job summary

Enlyte seeks a Field Case Manager in the Knoxville, TN area to coordinate treatment plans for injured/disabled workers. You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and families to ensure cost-effective, evidence-based care and an appropriate return-to-work path.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license with 2+ years clinical experience and are comfortable navigating integrated healthcare environments. This is a full-time, hybrid position with travel to in-person appointments required.

Qualifications

• Advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers.
• Able to work independently and manage caseload.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice to each patient.
• Assess injury types and recovery to tailor treatment plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and employers to facilitate early return to work.
