Job summary

Enlyte in Helena, MT is seeking a Field Case Manager to join our compassionate team. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with regular local travel for in-person patient appointments in the assigned geography.

As an RN with 2+ years of clinical practice, you will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and injured workers to design and implement treatment plans, advocate for appropriate care, and support an early return to work.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-certified case management credentials encouraged.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to in-person appointments.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Attend appointments when needed and prepare status updates for customers.
