Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) in the Knoxville, TN area. The role involves coordinating treatment plans with treating physicians, employers, and patients to return to work and optimize healthcare resources.

Local travel for in-person appointments is required in this hybrid, full-time position. The ideal candidate holds an RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or related certification.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with employers and clinicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Prepare status updates for customers and coordinate appointments.
• Self-manage workload and prioritize cases effectively.
• Attend in-person appointments as needed.
