Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Washington, DC area to work with treating physicians, employers, and patients to design and implement recovery plans that return injured workers to work safely and cost‑effectively.

In this full-time, hybrid role, you will coordinate care, assess progress, travel for in-person appointments, and leverage your nursing background to advocate for optimal outcomes while maintaining high standards of documentation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Nursing degree (ADN/BSN) or higher.
• 2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management with treating physicians/providers, employers and customers.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that return injured workers to work safely and cost‑effectively.
• Assess recovery progress and determine occupational vs non‑occupational factors.
• Advise on treatment options and modify goals based on patient progress.
• Manage workload and provide status updates to customers.
