Job summary

Enlyte in the Washington, DC area seeks a Field Case Manager (RN) to coordinate treatment plans with treating physicians, employers, and patients, ensuring safe, cost-effective care and timely return to work.

You will work in collaboration with providers to tailor plans, monitor progress, modify goals, and document outcomes. The hybrid role requires travel to in-person appointments and strong independent case management skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required or preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills with physicians, employers, and patients.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans with treating physicians/providers, employers, and patients to ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services.
• Develop and implement individualized return-to-work plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with providers and employers to modify job duties where feasible to support early return to work.
• Document updates and prepare status reports for customers; manage workload and priorities independently.
