Job summary

Kinetic is seeking a Field Account Executive II (Hybrid) to grow and manage a portfolio of business customers around Cleveland, OH. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new sales for fiber internet and connectivity solutions, expanding services with existing accounts.

Daily tasks include in-person and virtual customer meetings, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to implementation. Some work-from-home tasks apply to admin and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and meeting quotas.
• Ability to identify customer needs and present connectivity solutions; manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for in-person and virtual meetings.
• Proficient with CRM tools and basic office software to manage pipelines and proposals.
• Knowledge of telecommunications or fiber internet is beneficial; selling technical or subscription-based services is a plus.
• Self-directed with time management, organization, and territory planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally within Cleveland, OH; valid driver’s license.
• Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
