Job summary

Kinetic, a Uniti business unit, is seeking a Strategic Field Account Executive II- Mid‑Market to drive B2B fiber and telecom solutions in mid‑market accounts in the Cleveland area. You will hunt, build pipeline, and deliver ROI-focused presentations to decision‑makers while closing deals for DIA, fiber, Ethernet, and related services.

Competitive base pay with uncapped commissions and full benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify, target, and engage mid‑market business prospects daily to build pipeline and generate new revenue.
• Execute a proactive hunter sales strategy to acquire new logos and expand market presence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and positioning fiber, DIA, SD‑WAN, and telecom solutions.
• Deliver customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships within mid‑market accounts.
• Excel in a high-energy environment, consistently achieving quotas through pipeline management.
• Manage a designated territory with inbound and self-generated opportunities.
