Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Federal Solutions Engineer to translate complex requirements into actionable product recommendations for Federal clients. You will design deployment plans, run proofs of concept, and respond to RFIs and RFPs while championing feature requests to influence Zoom's roadmap.

You will collaborate with Account Executives to craft outcome-driven workflows, maintain deep expertise in video, UC, and AI-enabled solutions, and ensure proposals align with customer missions and security

Qualifications

7+ years as a Solution Engineer in pre-sales
Knowledge of SaaS is a plus
7+ years supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian Government or DoD environments preferred
Familiarity with FedRAMP IL5 NIPRNet SIPRNet
Working knowledge of SAML/SSO, firewalls, routers, PBX, TDM, MPLS
Knowledge of AI, SIP, H.323, Microsoft Teams, VoIP, CDNs
Federal clearance preferred
Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP/OSCP/CISM/CEH/GSEC) a plus

Responsibilities

Provide product presentations, demos, deployment designs, and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
Maintain proficiency across Zoom platforms and related technologies.
Act as trusted technical advisor through the sales cycle for Federal clients.
Support Account Executives by designing solutions addressing collaboration challenges.
Translate technical needs into product development feedback for Zoom roadmap.
