You will partner with customers and Account Executives to design creative, outcome-driven workflows that make a real impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution Engineer in pre-sales and the ability to present technical solutions clearly.
• Experience with Unified Communications, video and voice; familiarity with SaaS is a plus.
• 7+ years supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian Government or DoD environments preferred.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, IL5, NIPRNet, SIPRNet; familiarity with SAML/SSO, firewalls, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide product presentations, deployment designs, and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Maintain proficiency across video, telephony, AI, APIs/SDKs, networking and PBX tech.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to Federal clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to design solutions addressing customer challenges.
• Translate customer needs into product development input and drive internal feature requests.
